Swimming - Open Water Swimming

Sea swimming.... open water swimming... wild swimming.... whatever you like to call it, I love it!

We are just footsteps to the sea, it's a popular spot with swimmers and many clubs meet here including the Sea Palling Seals, Crazy Ladies and Channel Swimming training.

Please note  - if you're new to sea swimming please do your research and ask the Lifeguards advice on tides/currents. Personally my favourite time to swim is low tide and low wind (under 10mph) - but it's important you do your research and understand the risks e.g. cold water shock, rip tides - knowledge is king.
